1. Purchase the desired product and Check the mobile voucher or email voucher.

2. Visit the place freely within 90 days of purchase.

3. Present your voucher at the ticket counter(Gwanghwamoon ticket office) and get a physical ticket.

1. Downtown Palace Namsan Course / Panorama Course ticket exchange place → Gwanghwamun Ticket Booth

• From Gwanghwamun Station (Subway line 5) Exit 6, walk straight about 50 M (Ticket box in front of Koreana Hotel)

• From City Hall Station (Subway line 1, 2) Exit 3, walk straight about 100 M (Ticket box in front of Shinhan bank which located between Donghwa duty-free and Chosun Media)

※ The boarding place is designated as Gwanghwamun, but you can get on and off at any bus stop.

1. Timeslot may be change depending on the stauts of vehicle and number of pax to reserve. 

2.The arrival time of the vehicle may be delayed due to protests, events, and traffic congestion.

3. The type of vehicle is randomly selected (two-story bus, high-decker bus, and trolley bus) depending on the number of passengers and the time slots and traffic situations. 

4. The bus seats are not designated, therefore you will seat at any of the desired seats at Gwanghwamun station. If you hop-on at the middle station then you can board on a bus as a standing.  (It is prohibited to stand on the 2nd floor of an open-top double-decker bus). 

5. Please be sure to exchange your voucher at the Ticket Booth before Boarding. You can not take a bus with only the voucher.  

6. Free to board infants under 6 yrs old with a 1 adult and in this case must bring a passport to check their ages. 

7. Sightseeing the Cheonwadae (Blue House) can be availalbe to see before reservation. (Blue House Reservation Website)

8. In the case of the High decker bus will be operating as normal on rainy days and snowy days. (Available to open the roof)

9. First come first served. (Highly recommend to arrive the departure place in advance during holidays or high seasons)

10. Every Monday is off (If the Monday is public holidays then the following day is off)

11. The consumption of coffee, beverages, and food is not allowed inside the vehicle.

A. Bus seats are not designated. You can freely sit in or stand in and enjoy the tour.
