Seoul City Tour Bus is the shuttle bus in Seoul, visiting the chosen hottest courses, offering guests a wide selection of courses. Bus Course (1 hour 30 minutes ~ 2 hours)

• Mapo Bridge → Banpo Bridge → Hannam Bridge → Seongsu Bridge →  N Seoul Tower (30 mins photo time)

1. Purchase the desired product and Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

2. Present the voucher at the ticket office and redeem a physical ticket.

3. Board on Seoul City Tour Bus with ticket. 

※ Departure time may changed depending on season.  Please check the departure time on the day of using, and please arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes before the departure time.

 - Normal Departure Time : 19:00
 - Summer Season (May ~ August): 19:30

※ Please collect your ticket at the Gwanghwamun ticket office at least 30 minutes before departure for a smooth boarding. 

• Go straight 50m from Exit 6 of Gwanghwamun Station on Subway Line 5 (in front of Shinhan Bank between Donghwa Duty Free Shop and Chosun Ilbo) 

• Go straight 100m from Exit 3 of City Hall Station on Line 1, 2 (in front of Shinhan Bank between Donghwa Duty Free Shop and Chosun Ilbo) 

※ The boarding point is designated as Gwanghwamun, but you can get on and off at any stop (if you have a real ticket)

1. Timeslot may be change depending on the status of vehicle and number of pax to reserve. 

2. The arrival time of the vehicle may be delayed due to protests, events, and traffic congestion.

3. The type of vehicle is randomly selected (two-story bus, high-decker bus, and trolley bus) depending on the number of passengers and the time slots and traffic situations. 

4. The bus seats are not designated, therefore you may sit at any of the desired seats.

5. The reservations must be made by at least one day before 3 PM (KST). After 3 pm, making a reservation will be unavailable and you will be contacted by the CS Team via email. 

6. 20~30 minutes of photo time at Namsan Seoul Tower is offered. 

7. Due to the seasonal condition (October~April) may become extremely cold due to the wind for the Night Tour. Please make sure to wear clothes that can keep you extra warm! 

8.Please be sure to exchange your voucher at the Ticket Booth before Boarding. You can not take a bus with only the voucher. 

9. In the case of the High decker bus will be operating as normal on rainy days and snowy days. (Available to open the roof)

10. Every Monday is off (If the Monday is public holidays then following day is off)

11. We recommend you to arrive before 30 minutes at the ticket office. 

12. Refunds are not available in case of no-shows or if you arrive after the ticketing time.

13. The consumption of coffee, beverages, and food is not allowed inside the vehicle.

※ In accordance with the operator's policy, this ticket will be automatically marked as "Used" after 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of your visit. This is an automatic system process based on the refund policy, and refunds will no longer be available after that time.

Even if your ticket is marked as "Used" before your scheduled visit time, your admission and use of the facility will not be affected. Please rest assured and enjoy your visit.
