1. After purchase the product, please check the email voucher.

2. Please arrive at the meeting place at the day of your experience.

3. Meet with guide and enjoy the tour.

※ Meeting Place : Gyeongbokgung Palace exit no.5 (In front of National Palace Museum of Korea)

1. Please be punctual.(Arrive 10 minutes before is essential/ Late arrive more than 10 minutes cannot participate) 

2. Please wear simple clothes and water.

3. Chaning clothes during the shooting is impossible. 

4. Number of participation is more than 3 people, you have a add the correct number of people. 

5. Photos will be sent about 30 days after the shooting via email.

6. Hair accessories, costumes, and other accessories are not provided. (Hair accessories, costumes(Hanbok), accessories are not included) Please bring costumes or accessories yourself. 

7. Additional hours will not be given if you are late without prior contact. 

8. Personal expenses are incurred.

9.  Please be aware that th experience time including the moving time. 

10. The profile or background will be bright or dark, depending on the weather/season/time of shooting. 

11. The wind may scatter your clothes/hair.

12. The data will be kept for one month from the date of shooting.

13. Some photos may be used to promote the company in the future. If you don't want this, please let us know in advance.  

14. Reservation may not be available on the desired date and time. In this case, our CS team will inform you via email.
