Course

Departing from The River Marina dock, you can enjoy the Dongjak Bridge / Nodeul Island / Hangang Bridge / Yeouido view and return to The River Marina.

Sailing hours

Approximately 40 minutes 

1. Complete the reservation with the desired date and time. 

2. Check your mobile voucher or email voucher. 

 ※ The voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

3. Please arrive at the experience place at least 15 minutes before and complete the ship boarding list.

4. Start the experience with the guidance of the staff.

The River Marina

Navigation Address : 1338 Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul

* Dongjak Station (line 4/9) : Turn left at Exit → Go straight after using stairs toward Dongjak Bridge → Using the Cloud Cafe Elevator → A trail by the Han River on the ground (about 10 minutes)

* Dongjak Station (line 4/9) : Exit 2 Stairs → Han River Park direction → Sunset/Cloud Cafe direction → A trail along the Han River under Dongjak Bridge (about 15 minutes) 

* Gubanpo Station  (line 9) :Turn right at Exit 2 → Go straight 350m and Turn Right →  Go straight 250m and Use the underground road → Go out to the underground road, Turn left, and Go 300m (about 15 minutes)  

* Gangnam Direction  : Entering the left overpass at the intersection in front of the Catholic University of Korea Seoul St. Mary's Hospital → Jamsu Bridge Underpass → Left direction of roundabout → Han River Parking Lot → 900m to The River Marina

* Gangbuk Direction : Jamsu Bridge → Turn left at the roundabout → Han River Parking Lot → 900m to The River Marina

* Olympic-daero : Pass Banpo Bridge in Gimpo direction, Right side of Banpo Hangang Park → Han River Parking Lot → 900m to The River Marina 900m 

1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time for the boarding list and safety training. If you do not arrive within departure time, it will be considered a cancellation on the same day and non-refundable. 

2. Please follow the captain's safety instructions when boarding and disembarking and please refrain from doing anything that harms other customers. 

3. Yacht is a marine leisure sport that is highly affected by the weather. Please understand that the reservation may be canceled for your safety depending on weather conditions and yacht conditions.

4. Pregnant women, the elderly, and drunk people are not allowed to board. 

5. Outside food is not allowed.

7. If it is impossible to make a reservation due to the operator's circumstances, our CS team will inform you via email. 

8. Infants under 36 months old are free of charge, and they must bring proof document (e.g. passport) to verify their age when boarding. 

9. The reservation may be canceled if the minimum number of people for sailing is not met. In this case, we will contact you a day in advance, and a 100% refund is possible.

10. Wearing a life jackets are essential.

• Cancellation before 3 days 5PM(KST) : 100% Refund

• Cancellation before 2 days 5PM(KST) : 50% Refund

• Cancellation before 1 day 5PM(KST) : No Refund

• Cancellation on the day of your experience / No-show : No Refund

When three types of wind, storm, and typhoon warnings take effect in the relevant area

(Based on the Korea Meteorological Administration's announcement): 100% refund

This refund clause is not applicable after the start of use

[Refund due to rain/strong wind]

Yachts can be used normally even in the case of a small amount of rain.

When forecasting rain and strong wind : We will contact you individually one day before the date of use after checking the weather

Cancellation of reservation through individual contact: 100% refund or reservation date can be changed

On the day of experience : Refund or reservation date cannot be changed due to the rain
