1. Please make sure to arrive at least 5 mins before the departing time.

2. The schedule may change depending on the weather and traffic conditions.

3. If you are carrying a stroller or wheelchairs, please inform our CS Team in advance.

4. Infants under 36 months are free of charge. However, no extra seat will be given.

5. This product only offers shuttle buses. Therefore, an admission ticket to Nami Island will need to be purchased separately on-site.

6. Kindly ensure punctuality for boarding. The bus leaves promptly at the designated time

7. For both your journey to Nami Island and your return trip to Seoul, you'll be using the same bus. Make sure to note the location where you board and the bus's number

8. Only water is permitted on the bus; other food items are not allowed

9. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.  If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

1. Please check the voucher sent to the email/mobile(APP) after making the reservation.

2. On the day of the booking, arrive at the boarding location on time to check the vehicle.

3. Present the voucher to the driver and board the bus.
