Arrive at Hongik Univ. Station

• Meet at the Lobby in front of the Hotel.

1. This tour is available from 10:00 ~ 18:00 (KST), and the last available reservation time is 12:00 (KST).

2. This tour will be operated by foot and public transportation. (No separate vehicle prepared)

3. A personal wireless transmitter and receiver will be used. Therefore, please prepare your personal earphones (3.5mm) 

4. If you have not prepared your own earphone, free rental on-site will be available. However, please note that the quantity may be insufficient.

5. If you have not shown up at the meeting location after 10 mins of the meeting time without any prior contact, the tour will be automatically canceled after 10 mins and refund will not be permitted. 

6. If the tour is unavailable to operate due to the weather or business conditions, you will be notified via an email one day before the tour date. Please make sure to check your email before the tour.

7. Please note, you will only be touring outside for DMC.

8. From Hongik Univ. Station to Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 it takes about 50 mins, and to Terminal 2 it takes about 1 hour. 

9. The schedule may change depending on the location of the hotel.

10. Carriers are limited to 1 carrier per person. If 2 or more, additional charge on-site will be needed to be paid.

1. Check the voucher sent to the email after making the reservation.

2. Meet up with the guide after leaving your luggage at the Hotel Lobby on the tour date.

4. After arriving at the airport, pick up your luggage at the "TRAVEL CENTER".
