2. If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, corresponding action will be taken.
3. To change the pickup time, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date.
4. To change the pickup terminal, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date.
5. Requests to change the pickup terminal or pickup time cannot be made on the day of pickup.
6. Pickup and return are available at both T1 and T2, and returns must be made during the operating hours.
※ Google Form must be submitted by 1:00 PM the day before the rental date. (If not submitted or submitted after the deadline, the product can only be picked up at T1.)
7. The minimum rental period is 3 days. (If you pay for 3 days, you can also rent for 1-2 days.)
8. Operating hours : 5am - 10pm(T2) / 5am - 11pm(T1).
9. Please fill out the form after you complete the reservation. This form must be completed at least 1 day in advance, and you must receive confirmation from the operator to ensure proper service. * If you visit the site without completing the form, you may experience a pick-up wait time of over an hour, or other issues may arise.
10. When renting a gimbal along with a mobile phone, the rental fee is fixed regardless of the rental period.
11. If you rent a mobile phone with a portable photo printer, the price is regardless of the rental period.
- Provided items : CP1500 Photo Printer + 4x6cm size photo printing paper 36 sheets (worth about 18000 KRW)
- Note : If you need to purchase additional film, please contact to the CS ceneter.
12. For customers who couldn't transfer their videos during the rental period or want to enjoy their schedule without worrying about data transfer, a data transfer service is available. Please follow the process below.
- Contact CS Center after purchasing the product.
- Send your English full name, rental schedule and request data transfer to the CS Center.
- After returning the device, data will be uploaded to our cloud within 4 days, and a download link will be sent via your messenger.
- You must download the data within 7 days after the link is received.
- Data will be deleted after 7 days.
※ When returning the phone, the device will be rest the following day after collection, so any purchase or CS inquiries must be made on the same day the device is returned.
[Lost, damaged will be charged]
• We do not charge for repairs in the case of Life scratches and general contamination.
• In case of loss or irreparable damage to the product during rental, we charge 100% of the product sales price.
• For transparency in billing, we are sending you the purchase receipt.
