1. The total viewing time is about 2 hours. There may be personal differences in the time required for viewing.

2. Last Entrance is closed an hour before. Please take it into account and make sure there is no inconvenience.

3. For the safety of customers in the hall, wagons/kickboards/bicycles are restricted, and strollers/wheelchairs are allowed to enter.

5. To participate in [Stingray ecological observation education program] participant must satisfied 2 creiterias are : School-aged children over 7 years old and over 120cm.

6. [Jelly fish/Stingray/Penguin ecological observation education program] reservation closes 20 minutes before the experience time.

7. [Shark cage experience program] Children and adults over 10 years old can experience it.

8. [Shark cage experience program] Reservations can be made by call and close on Sunday, a week before the experience date. (Reservations and inquiries: 031-548-1994)

9. [Docent tour program] This program is for children over 6 years old. Reservations can be made at the ticket office on the same day, and it closes 10 minutes before the experience time.

10. [Stingray ecological observation education program] Program will proceed inside the tank, please prepare extra clothes.
