1. Only country-unlocked phones that support eSIM can be used. Please check whether your device supports eSIM before purchasing. If you do not check, a refund is not possible. 

2. Scan the QR code and proceed with the download and setup with the Internet-connected. 

3. Scanning QR codes multiple times may limit downloading. If scanning or downloading is not possible, please contact LG U+ Customer Center at +82-10-3998-1004. (paid, free for U+ mobile phones.)

4. Never delete the downloaded eSIM under any circumstances. You cannot get a refund.

5. You can use the date at  LG U+ Homepage once register yours on the homepage.

6. Passport information and photo registration are required when purchasing. In the case of an ID card other than a passport, the user may be restricted when authenticating.

7. The usage period will be calculated from the point the data is used.

* Example: If the 'eSIM(Data+Voice) 5-Day Pass' was purchased on June 1 and data was used for the first time at 10 am on June 4, the service will be valid until 10 am on June 9.

8. Use the QR CODE after receiving the SIM Card (Validity period: 60 days)

10. If you use up the daily provided 3GB of data, you can continue using an unlimited amount of data at up to 5Mbps of speed. 3GB of data will be provided every night at 12 AM.

11. You cannot use the Identity Verification service with LG U+ eSIM.

12.  LG U+ eSIM cannot use the authentication service.

13. Extend the period at  LG U+ Homepage and in this case, extra charges are non-refundable.
