1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.

2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.

4. Enjoy the experience.

1. You will be notified by the Travolution Inc. CS Team via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

2. Parking lot is not provided. Please parking nearby Hwaseong Haenggung public parking lot. 

3. Please note that arrive at the venue at the reserved time. If you request the cancellation late more than 15 minutes from the reservation time or NO-SHOW are non-refundable.

4. No watering to the Scandiamoss.

5. If the indoor humidity falls below 40%, it may harden, in which case the humidity is high (ex. If you leave it in the bathroom, it will return to its original dry condition.
