2. Click the purchase button after entering the message and receiver's address.

3. Please check the confirmation email sent via email.

4. On the very day of delivery, CS Team will be sent you the picture of the flower via email or messenger.  

1. Please indicate the receiver's information(Address, Phone number) correctly when you are about to purchase the product. 

2. All bookings are non-refundable in case of shipping problems due to insufficient information or errors.

3. Depending on the seasonal circumstance, the product may slightly differ from the image in which we upload on the website. 

4. Please contact the CS Team (op@seoulpass.kr) regarding the product's purchase inquiries.

5. Service of delivered mail will not be provided to the buyer.

6. If you have a preferred color or tone for the flower please indicate it in English.

7. The operator will take a picture of a flower and sent you before the delivery. 

8. Please note that you should make a reservation for the date and time on your preferred date. 

9. In case of the receiving the flower nearby locations of Seoul such as Suwon, Bundang, Yong-in will be directly from the local flower venue, so the image of the flower may be different as you see on the product page. If you would like to prefer the same design and quality of flower, the additional charge will have occurred. (Approx 25000won[KRW] ~ 30000won[KRW])
