1. Select the desired rental start date and time.
2. Complete the reservation by entering te required information.
3. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.  
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
4. After confirmation, please send the reservation name and a copy of the passport to the following email. If the copy of the passport is not confirmed, the rental may rejected on-site.

1. If the rental equipment is damaged/lost, please contact the CS center.

2. If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, corresponding action will be taken.

3. This service is currently only available in Terminal 1.

4. The minimum number of days to rent is from 3 days.

5. Operating hours are from 04:00 to 21:00.

6. You have to return the SD card after you finish using it. Make sure to transfer your video to your cloud, etc. before returning the device. You can also purchase it on-site. (On-site payment)

 [Expense Claims for loss or damage]

• In case of small scratch and general pollution, we do not charge you for repair.

• In case of loss or irreparable damage during rental, we charge 100% of the product price.

• For transparency of the expense slaims, we will send you a purchase billing.

• Cancellation 2 days before the rental date : 100% Refund

• Cancellation 1 day before the rental date : 50% Refund

• Cancellation on the day of the rental / No-Show : No Refund

• No-show due to the particular situation (flight delay or cancellation) : 100% Refund

• If the equipment is defected : 100% Refund
