6. If you have a ticket, you can enter and exit without restriction during the operating hours on the day.

7. If the minimum number of people (40pax) is not enough, we will inform you and refund before one week of your experience date.

8. Smoking is prohibited in the concert hall.

10. Cancellation or refund due to absence or delay on the day of the experience is impossible.
