1. Select the desired date and time. 

2. Check your mobile voucher or the voucher that will be sent to your email.

3. Arrive at the experience location on time and show the voucher you received via KakaoTalk/email. 

4. Proceed with the experience.

1. If your desired date and option is not available, the customer service team of Travolution will contact you by email or phone. 

2. There is no parking space available. Please park at the nearby Hwaseong Haenggung Palace Public Parking Lot (4 minutes away).

3. Additional fees may be charged on-site depending on the type of hand fans 

4. The total duration of the experience is 6 hours, but it is possible to divide the experience into 2-3 sessions by adjusting the time after making a reservation.

• Cancellation by 5PM (KST) 6 days before the class date: 100% refund

• Cancellation by 5PM (KST) 5 days before the class date: 95% refund

• Cancellation by 5PM (KST) 4 days before the class date: 90% refund

• Cancellation by 5PM (KST) 3 days before the class date: 80% refund

• Cancellation by 5PM (KST) 2 days before the class date: 70% refund

• No refund afterwards
