('us', 'we', 'our' or 'Seoul pass'). We take the privacy of our users ("you", "your" or "yours" as
the context requires) very seriously.
We ask that you read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information about how we

that data and other information to which Seoul Pass has or is likely to have access ("

collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes set forth in this Privacy

Policy at any time. You should periodically visit this page to review the current Privacy Policy so
that you are aware of any revision to which you are bound. If we do this, we will post the changes
to this Privacy Policy on Seoul Pass service and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this
Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
1) Personal Data provided by You
We will obtain personal data about you whenever you complete an online form. For example, we will
obtain your personal data when you register to use a
Seoul Pass service, send us feedback for
our service, contact us for any inquires, sign up to a service, enter a competition, or make a
booking or purchase. We may also obtain sensitive personal data about you if it is necessary to
provide you with the service (especially when you reserved some sorts of tours). In such cases, we
will use the data only for the purpose stated when collecting and manage it appropriately in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The provision of your personal data to
Seoul Pass service is basically your choice. However,
if you choose not to provide any personal data, you may not be able to use certain features of
Seoul
Pass service.
If you give us information on behalf of someone else, you warrant that the other person has

- give us, if necessary, consent on his or her behalf to the processing of the personal

Seoul Pass service through the use of cookies and similar tracking

provider. This information helps us to improve our service and build a profile of our users. On most

3) Our Use and Retention of Personal Data
Generally, we collect personal data in order to provide our products and services to users, and to
personalize and improve our Services and customer experience on
Seoul Pass service. Personal
data collected by us may be used:
- to provide you with service information, and news;
- to operate the services offered via Seoul Pass service;
- to contact you for feedback about our Services;
- to conduct research about our customer base or services;
- to make your reservation and order requests;
- to process your payments;
- to inform you of promotions, offers, surveys, events, products, and services, which may be
of interest to you.
- to customize your online experience according to your chosen interests and preferences and
enhance your current and future visits to Seoul Pass service or use of our Services;
- to reduce credit risk, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal

We always have a Korean legal basis and and EU GDPR to process your personal data. In most cases the
legal basis will be one of the following:

ensure that invoices are paid correctly. Failure to provide this information may prevent or
delay the fulfillment of these contractual obligations

which we may share your personal data with certain third parties without further notice to you, such

- If you choose to book or purchase a Host Service through Seoul Pass service and/or
our Services, then we will provide share certain personal data to the applicable Host so
that the Host may contact you. You agree that Hosts may contact you through our Services
solely for the purpose of providing Host's Services;
- As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a
corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, personal data may be
part of the transferred assets;
- We, like many businesses, sometimes hires other professionals or companies to perform
certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information,
maintaining databases and processing payments. When we engage other organizations, agents or
service providers to perform a function of this nature, we will only provide them with the
information that they need to perform their specific function;
- We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in case that it is
necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or
property of Seoul Pass service, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the

Personal data provided by you will be retained as long as the purpose for which the data was
collected continues. We will keep your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you,
and for a period of 5 years thereafter.Thereafter, we will destroy or delete the information, or
remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, unless its retention is required to
satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting or other business requirements or to protect our interests.
Your Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal data, subject to local law. These include the

Seoul Pass service from

- access to your account is controlled by a password and username that are unique to you;
- we store your personal data on secure servers;
- payment details are encrypted using secure sockets layer technology.
While we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard personal data, you acknowledge that the use of
the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or
integrity of any personal data that are transferred from you or to you via the Internet. Because of
the global nature of our business, the data that we collect from you may be transferred to countries
whose data protection laws are not as comprehensive as those from where you are based.
Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal data collected by
Seoul Pass service other
than Personal Data collected through
Seoul Pass service and/or our Services. This Privacy
Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to
Seoul Pass service
through
Seoul Pass service or any other means. This includes, but is not limited to,
information posted to any public areas of
Seoul Pass service, such as bulletin boards, any
ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions
(collectively, "
Unsolicited Information"). We shall not be responsible for any Unsolicited
Information unless we get aware of it, and we shall not have any duty for protecting such
Unsolicited Information beyond our control.
Seoul Pass service does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the
legal age of their respective jurisdictions ("
Minors"). If you are a Minor, please do not submit
any personal data through
Seoul Pass service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to
monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their
children never to provide personal data on
Seoul Pass service without their permission. If
you have reason to believe that a Minor has provided personal data to
Seoul Pass service
through
Seoul Pass service, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that
information from our databases.
