1. Reserve and purchase the desired option.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed. 

3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and have a meeting with the guide and present the voucher. 

1. Please arrive on time. (Highly recommend to arrive 10 minutes before)

2. Schedule may change due to the venue's circumstances. 

3. Please inform us beforehand if you need an English guide. (Please note that the fee of adding the guide will be charged.)

4. Breakfast is not included as you choose the lodgement.

5. Twin room city view of room will be provided. (Please inquire us in advance as you prefer to upgrade.)

6. The date of the tour and the date of check-in are the same. (e.g: If you reserve the tour on the 10th of March then you will be staying the hotel after the tour is finished)

7. It is available to reserve only 1 pax, however, please note that the tour will proceed as a minimum number of pax meet at least 2 people. You will be notified by the CS Team via email if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.
