Operating Information

• Operating hours: 09:00 ~ 18:00

24/7 operation / Reservation date or time may vary due to local weather conditions.

It can be operated for about 10 days a month during the winter seasons.

Number of Minimum/Maximum pax

One person / 11 people

1.Make the reservation after choosing the desired date and time.

2.Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

 ※ A voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

3. Please make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes beforehand, and tell your name to the staff.

4. Enjoy the experience following the staff's guidance. 

• Get on the Taxi and tell the destination [International Leaders Club - Address: 321-21, Johamhaean-ro, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Korea] to the Driver. (Approximately 40 minutes from Jeju International Airport [Approx 18,500 won(KRW)]. 

1. The program is available in case of light rain.

2. For your safety, the reservation may be adjusted due to natural environmental problems such as bad weather. In this case, we will contact you after checking it in Jeju on the day.

3. All ages can be available, but children under 13 years old cannot ride alone. 

4. Infants under 24 months can board for free, and the age verification process will be conducted before boarding. 

5. Fish feeding experience can be paid on site (cash/card available).

6. Safety training is included in all activities. 

7. During holidays and peak seasons, you may board with other guests. 

8. In Package options, Refund/Replacement is not possible if you use even one. (Partial cancellation is impossible.)

9. If there are many reservations at once, there may be some changes in boarding time at the site.

10.  Capacity of Penguin semi-submarine is 11 people, so if you make a reservation for more than 6 people, only your team can board one semi-submarine. (Not available during the peak season)

11. Reservations for January and February (winter seasons) may change frequently due to local weather conditions.

(*It can be operated about 10 days of the month during the winter season)

12.  Penguin Semi-submarine boat can reserve one person, but minimum number of proceeding is 2 people. In this case, you may board with other team. (If there's any other team at the same time, one person cannot proceed the experience.) 

13. Please arrive at Jeju International Leaders Club 20 minutes before the reservation time.

If you arrive later than the reservation time, you'll be regarded as NO-SHOW, you cannot use it.
