1. Operation period may change depending on the weather conditions.

2. Please require before hand when wheelchair or stroller is needed. (op.seoulpass.kr)

3. Children under the age 3 is free. (no extra seat provided)

4. Will be notified by the CS Team when your selected date and time is not available.

5. K TOUR staff will look for you at the certain gate from 5 minutes before the meeting time. Therefore please do not wonder off to somewhere else. 

6. Time can be delayed for 1~2 hours on the weekends and public holidays due to traffic. 

7. Mono Rail is under construction, it is unusable until 24/1/31.

8. Mono Rail boarding is im,possible, guest who takes wheelchairs or strollers may be difficult to use.
