3. Infant under 3 years old are free of charge. (However, no seats occupancy.)

4. Infant under 3 years old must bring passport for verification. 

5. If the tour is unavailable due to the operator's situation, we will notify you via email. 

6. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

3. Arrive at the meeting place on the day of your tour and meet the staff.
