1. All experience are operated on a reservation basis, you must arrive on time. If you are late more than 10 mintues, it will be considered No-Show. In this case, refund is impossible.
2. Since it is a popular hair salon for Koreans, reservations may not be made on your desired date and time. In this case, our CS team will contact you via email or messenger. 
3. The operating hours will be extended until the last order customer's procedure is completed.
