1. The schedule can be changed depending on the weather and traffic conditions.

2. Customers with wheelchair and strollers should make a reservation with the CS tema in advance. 

3. Infants under the age of 3 can ride for free, but they cannot take a seat. 

4. If the minimum number of people is not enough on your reservation date, our CS team will notify you to cancellation via email.

5. Infants between 85cm ~ 120cm tall and 48 months to 10 years old must board the ludge with an adult. 

6. Only more than 12cm tall in child over 10 years old can ride luge alone.

7. Senior over 65 years old or older can ride gondola but not the luge. 

8. If the luge is not available due to the weather conditions, it will be replaced by another place. 

9. Seagulls live in the nature and do not breed, there is no guarantee of population or appearnace.

10. We offer a guide starting with 11 people from the minibus. Up to 10 people can proceed by van, and a tour specialist van driver will lead. 

11. If a driver is a Korean, you can communicate in English and you can interpret Chinese and English through the phone or application. 

12. Ganghwa Luge course will be changed to Ilsan Aqua Planet on 17th, 18th, 19th of January due to the Ganghwa Luge Cable Car Inspection.
