1. Check your email/mobile (app) voucher after purchasing the tour. 

※The voucher will be sent after the company confirms the reservation.

2. On the day of the tour, please arrive at the site 30 minutes before.

-  If you don't arrive before reservation time on the day, it will be considered as a NO-SHOW and refund is unavailable. 

3. After presenting the voucher, fill out the boarding registration form. 

4. Board according to the instructions.

[Gwangalli Marine Sports Center]

• Subway: Take Line 2 to Geumryeonsan Station, Exit 5, then walk 10 minutes to the center.

• Bus: No. 40, 41, 1001, 1003

• Get off at Geumryeonsan Youth Training Center, then walk 7 minutes toward Gwangalli Beach.

1. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour starts. (ID required)

2. Children under 24 months old can ride for free, but please be sure to bring his or her passport with you. (A copy or picture acceptable)

3. In case of weather/special circumstances on the day of the tour, the tour may not be possible for safety reasons. In this case, 100% refund is possible. 

4. We will operate normally even in rainy weather (raincoats provided). However, if the tour is canceled due to bad weather (wind, typhoon, heavy rain warning), 100% refund will be given.

5.  For those with severe motion sickness, we will provide motion sickness medicine for free if you request it in advance.  

6. If you have a pet cage, you can enter with your pet at the same time(dogs can ride for free).

7. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when boarding, and please let us know in advance if you are using a wheelchair.

8. Smoking is prohibited on the yacht. Penalties may be imposed on-site if smoking is caught.

9. Light drinks are allowed on board other than food.

10. Refunds will NOT be given as for non-compliance with the boarding time.

11. Depending on the number of people and time of the reservation, we may request time adjustments or changes. 

12. Please arrive 30 minutes before your reserved time. If you arrive after your reserved time or fail to show up, changes and refunds will not be available.
