1. Check your email/mobile (app) voucher after purchasing the tour. 

※The voucher will be sent after the company confirms the reservation.

※ We will inform the exact boarding location to the phone number you inputted. Please write down the exact phone number.

2. On the day of the tour, please arrive at the site 20 minutes before.

3. After presenting the voucher, fill out the boarding registration form. 

4. Board according to the instructions.

• Subway: 15 minutes walk from the exit 3 of Dongbaek Station on Subway Line 2

• Bus: Take a bus number 139, 307, 1003 or City Tour Bus and get off at the Gyeongnam Marina Apartment Stop.

1. Please arrive at the office at least 20 minutes before the tour starts. (ID required)

2. Children under 24 months old can ride for free, but please be sure to bring his or her passport with you. (A copy or picture acceptable)

3. In case of weather/special circumstances on the day of the tour, the tour may not be possible for safety reasons. In this case, 100% refund is possible. 

4. We will operate normally even in rainy weather (raincoats provided). However, if the tour is canceled due to bad weather (wind, typhoon, heavy rain warning), 100% refund will be given.

5.  For those with severe motion sickness, we will provide motion sickness medicine for free if you request it in advance.  

6. If you have a pet cage, you can enter with your pet at the same time(dogs can ride for free).

7. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when boarding, and please let us know in advance if you are using a wheelchair.

8. Smoking is prohibited on the yacht. Penalties may be imposed on-site if smoking is caught.

9. Light drinks are allowed on board other than food.

10. Refunds will NOT be given as for non-compliance with the boarding time.

11. Depending on the number of people and time of the reservation, we may request time adjustments or changes.

12. On your experience date, operator may contact you via phone call, text, or messenger for informing detailed directions. Please note that if you do not receive a contact and don't arrive until the reservation time, it will be considered a NO-SHOW and refund is unavailable. 

• Cancellation by 17:00pm (KST) 5 days before the tour: 100% refund

• Cancellation by 17:00pm (KST) 3 days before the tour: 50% refund

• Cancellation by 17:00pm (KST) 1 day before the tour: 30% refund

• No refund afterwards

※ If the departure is not possible due to bad weather, 100% refund is possible.

※ Reservation change can only be possible once, if the change can be made by 17:00pm (KST) 3 days before the tour.  (Cancellation or refund will be NOT given at all if the change cannot be made)
