Please look for a guide holding a Tripper sign. 

1. If the tour is canceled due to company circumstances, you will be informed via email 1-2 days in advance. 

2. The tour will still continue even in rainy weather, and  refunds will NOT be given due to rain during the tour.

3. As this is not a private tour, the tour will be conducted with international guests, but the guide language is English. 

4. During the tour, it is not allowed to record explanations from the guide and videos. 

5. The price is the same for children and adults.

6. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

7. The tour can be conducted with a minimum of 4 people. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient number of people, 100% refund will be given after a separate notice.

8. The menu may change depending on the season and the availability of ingredients.
