[Yangyang] Surf High Surfing Lesson

"SURF HIGH" is a place made by passionate people who enjoy free surfing and love waves, getting away from the harsh life of the city.

Always waiting for new waves and living with passion in Yangyang with several surfers, we are always trying to share surfing culture with others and develop it.

At SurfHigh, we will always be a place where people who love the waves can go out to the sea with us, make memories, and have fun and relax.

Whenever you come to Ingu Beach, Yangyang, Gangwon-do, feel free to take a break at "Surf High"!

Before surfing, we'll give you plenty of theoretical instruction on the outdoor rooftop, including surfing manners, localism, safety tips, understanding wave currents, and knowledge of terrain and etc, so that you can surf safely.
 

After going to the sea, we will help you stand up on your own, not just dip your toes in the water, through a structured program of lessons by skilled surfer instructors

At 09:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00

Approximately for 2 hours

Minimum / Maximum number of people for experience 

1 person / 4 people

1. Select the desired date and time.

2. Check a mobile voucher or a voucher sent by email.

※ The voucher will be sent after the company confirms the reservation.

3. Please arrive at the site on time on the scheduled date and then show the voucher you received via KakaoTalk/email.

4. Proceed with the experience.

1. If the desired date and option is not available, the customer service team from Travolution Co., Ltd. will contact you by email or over the phone. 

2. Please arrive 30 minutes before the lesson time.

3. For lower elementary school students, depending on the waves on the day, parents may be required to accompany the lesson.

4. The lesson may be canceled depending on the weather conditions on the day. In this case, the company will cancel and provide a full refund. Please note that if you cancel in advance, you will not receive a full refund according to the terms and conditions.

5. The class will still continue even if the waves are small or it is raining.

6. The refund isn’t provided at all in case of no-shows on the day of the reservation.

7. What to bring: A swimsuit to wear inside a suit, sunscreen, flip-flops, personal toiletries and hat.

8. All boards, suits, and showers are included in the lesson.

9. When you arrive at Surf High, please check in with QR at the shop entrance.

10. Please confirm your reservation at the counter and receive instructions. If you take  the lesson on the day, please consult the staff at the counter and receive instructions.

11. When using the changing rooms and showers, please make sure to check that nothing is left behind when you leave. (Please put the towel you received in the basket in the changing room after using it.)

12. Please be sure to throw disposable items used in the shower away in a trash bin.

13. Please handle the rental board with care as it may be damaged if thrown or dropped, and repair fees will be incurred if damage occurs. (Please check the board for damage with the staff when returning it)

14. When returning the board, we would appreciate it if you untie the leash string and return it.

15. As for shower customers, if you cannot pay because you get wet, please explain the situation to the staff and pay after showering.

16. If you want to remove sand from your body, there are water facilities behind the shop or on the 3rd floor, so please feel free to use them.

17. When taking off your wetsuit, please turn it inside out and put it on the floor in front of the changing room after showering...

- Cancellation 7 days prior to class date: 100% refund
- In case of cancellation 4-6 days before: 50% refund
- No refund after that

100% refund in case of cancellation due to bad weather.
(If the lesson cannot be held due to typhoon, tide, etc., we will contact you the evening before to rebook and refund you)
