This experience is a yoga program held on the beach at sunrise/sunset time based on vinyasa yoga.

Rather than simple movements, it is composed to feel the sunlight, wind, sea, and waves with your eyes, nose, and mouth when breathing. So even those who are new to yoga can participate.
