1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.
2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.
※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.
3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.

1. The Travolution Inc. CS Team will notify you via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.
2. It may be canceled depending on the weather on the day because it is affected by the weather such as waves, wind, and rain.
3. Please arrive on time.
 4. There is no age limit for each option. (However, staff will decide to proceed on the site.)
5. If you refuse to wear protective gear, you may be restricted from boarding.
6. Please follow the instructions of the safety guard.
7. Persons with serious illnesses (herniated disc, drug users, etc.) will not be allowed on board.
8. It may be canceled if the minimum number of people on board is not met.
