1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.

2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

4. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.

5. Enjoy the experience.

1. You will be notified by the Travolution Inc. CS Team via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

2. Parking lot is not provided. Suwon Hwaseong Haengung-dong public parking lot (Approx takes 4 minutes from the venue) is available to park. Please park in the nearby Hwaseong Haenggung Public Parking Lot (4 minutes away).

3. Please note that you must arrive 5 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation. 

• Cancellation 3 Days before 5PM( KST): 100% refund

• Cancellation 2 Days before 5PM( KST): 80% refund

• Cancellation 1 Day before 5PM( KST): 60% refund

• Cancellation after : No refund

• Change of reservation: Available before 3 days 4PM(KST) of the reservation date.
