Tickets are easy to buy. It's better to go in the morning than the afternoon because it gets very crowded in the afternoon. Rides are great, very worth it if you want so variety of rides!

I do not recommend if you are adults. This park almost only offers VR attractions. The 3 thrill rides are outdoors and close when it rains (which was our case). Attractions are not open all the time but open and close at specific times. If you don't want to find yourself in our situation where you enter the park and come out after not having done any attraction, don't book.

Yep, all good. Worked as planned. Did it standing at lotte world and then when straight to the foreigner counter and got the tickets. No problem.

It was easy to purchase but difficult to figure out how to redeem the voucher. We were directed to walk to the Foreigner counter down the hall to exchange our voucher to a ticket. And if you don’t have a Korean credit card etc I would advise to purchase the entry ticket for kids 2 and under at the desk before heading to the gate as it did not allow us to purchase a ride ticket from the machine so we had to walk all the way back out to the main gate to purchase the ticket.
