1. 購買後請確認APP/電子信箱中的電子憑證

2. 前往樂天世界塔入口(樂天塔地下一樓)之售票口出示電子憑證

3. 準備搭乘電梯前往瞭望台

交通方式

• 地鐵 2號線蠶室站 2號出口出來沿著告示牌直走

• 地鐵 8號縣蠶室站 11號出口往樂天世界商場方向前進

注意事項

1. 樂天世界塔門票可觀覽117F ~ 122F這段空間，並且只能於預約當日使用票券

2. 123層可能會因各種情況導致開放受到限制

3. 售票口將於早上9:50開放，票券兌換僅開放制營運時間前一小時

4. 根據現場狀況，可能會因為等候人數過多導致入場延遲

5. 為確保各位的安全，120天臺可能會因為氣候因素而限制進入

6. 為確保各位的安全，樂天世界塔內的設施可能會在未告知情況下而限制使用

7. 節假日前一天將營運至23:00，節假日最後一天將營運至22:00

8. 輪椅可攜帶入場，但為確保安全，須有一位同行陪伴者方可一同入場

9. 為確保安全，入場前將進行安檢

10. 入口旁有物品保管所，參觀樂天世界塔的顧客可免費使用三小時

I purchased a Seoul Sky Observatory ticket for Lotte World Tower (Pass number: TV2683334658) for March 8, 2026.

However, I did NOT use this ticket, but it is currently marked as “Used” in the system.

Could you please check this issue and let me know if it can be reactivated or refunded?

The tower itself is a great experience, if you can find the entrance
The directions from the subway to the entrance of the tower are terrible, you are looking for Lotte Tower and find nothing. We had to ask 3 times to find the entrance. And when you're almost there you find out that you had to look for the directions named "Seoul Sky".

There was no time slot specified on the ticket. We arrived at 4:15 p.m. and there was a two-hour queue. Because we had to be at our hotel by 7 p.m. at the latest, it was no longer possible for us to use our ticket.
A huge disappointment.

Merece mucho la pena subir, las vistas son alucinantes. Pongo 4 estrellas porque al pasar los qr de las entradas les daba error y ni en taquilla ni en la entrada pudieron solucionar, si bien nos dejaron pasar sin más problemas, supongo que fue problema de la pagina.
