Purchased Lotte World & Aquarium bundle Pass but had a frustrating experience.

At Lotte Aquarium, staff were unfamiliar with the pass and scanned a different ticket on my phone which meant to be cancelled, resulting in duplicate charges. I also faced confusion using the pass at Lotte World.

When I contacted Seoul Pass, they refused to assist and asked me to resolve it with the venue directly.

This defeats the purpose of a bundled pass. Not reliable unless support and staff training improve.

Great experience, the aquarium we liked the most. Lotte world has some great adult attractions on the Magic Island, and Inside the have a nice Ice skating course.

Meh.
LotteWorld is meant for children or people with children.

Good food but you have to buy a whole meal cant just get fried shrimp and a drink have to get a whole large soup.

Aquarium is good. Highly recommend the Aquarium. However the Aquarium is in the lotte world mall not lotteword adventure

Great trip, Lotte World was fun even in the middle of winter and the aquarium and the shows with the animals were amazing ! A few technical problems on the way with the ticket, but the Seoul Pass team was easily reachable and worked it out fast.
