Duration

Performance : Approx 1 hour

Experience : Approx 15~ 30 minutes

1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.

2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.

4. Enjoy the experience.

1. You will be notified by the Travolution Inc. CS Team via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

2. Please park the car in the Songsan parking lot. Highly recommend it to those who are willing to go to the venue on weekends.

3. Please arrive on time. A refund is not possible if you cancel the reservation from your reserved date. (Change the date is available )

4. Infants under 36 months are free to enter.  (However, please be careful not to cry during the performance or cause damage to other audiences)

5. Foods and beverages are not allowed to be brought in. However, popcorn sold at the theater is allowed. (Water/Popcorn accepted) Disposable paper cups and straw types are not allowed to be brought in. 

6. Take a simple picture during the performance is available. (Minimum backlight brightness level / Shutter sound off )

7. Please note that childeren under 6 yrs old must be accompanied by their guardians and in this case guardian must purchase the [Magic show ticket + Experience] ticket. 

• Cancellation 1 Day before 5PM( KST): 100% refund

• Cancellation after : No refund

• Change of reservation: Available before 3 days 4PM(KST) of the reservation date.
