1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.

2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.

4. Enjoy the experience.

1. You will be notified by the Travolution Inc. CS Team via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

2. Parking lot is not provided. Please parking nearby Hwaseong Haenggung public parking lot. 

3. Chocolate can get on your clothes so please avoid wearing a white shirt. 

4. Children under the age of 8 can only experience it when accompanied by their guardians.
