[Suwon] Flying Suwon Hot Air Balloon Boarding ticket

Weekday 12:30 ~ 21:30 (Last boarding 21:00)

Weekends/Public Holidays 11:00 ~ 22:00 

Duration

Approx 10 minutes (Climbing, Stop sightseeing including descending)

Minimum/Maximum number of pax to proceed

1 person ~ 30 people

1. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

2. Scan the QR code included in the voucher to the Kiosk on-site and redeem the ticket.

3. Show the physical ticket which is printed from the kiosk to the staff and boarding on a Hot air balloon. 

1. You will be notified by the Travolution Inc. CS Team via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

2. Flying hours will be within 10 minutes and the hot air balloon will be climbing approx 50 - 150m from the land. 

3. Operating will be stopped as the strong wind blow and you might be waiting. (The refund is available due to force majeure and weather conditions.) 

4. Some people might be restricted from the board due to safety reasons. (Drunken, Feeble-minded)

5. Children under 7 yrs old can be available to board accompanied by their parents.

6. Please note that operating will be closed without any notice in advance due to weather conditions.

7. Please bring a document to check the age. 

8. You can cancel the ticket due to weather conditions and force majeure and cross-check with the staff on-site.
