1. Purchase the desired product and Check the mobile voucher or email voucher.

2. Visit the venue on the reserved date. 

3. Check the voucher at the Group Counseling Center at the main entrance of Seoulland (https://bit.ly/3ZT7dnn) and exchange it for an admission ticket.

※ Reservation email cannot be presented / Mobile reservation voucher must be presented

※ Reservation voucher cannot be presented at the departure point of the Elephant Train and Lift at the General Information Center without exchanging tickets.

※ Tickets cannot be exchanged at the zoo or lift ticket booths.

4. Enjoy your day after entering the entrance of Seoul Land.

① On foot: Approximately 20 minutes (1.1 km) from Exit 2 of Grand Park and Seoulland Station on Subway Line 4

② Board the Elephant Train (individual ticket purchase required): Get off at Seoulland Main Gate ※ 2 stops from the General Information Center

Q. Is re-entry available?

A. You can re-enter only on the same day. If you need to go out of the park and re-enter, please inform the staff at the entrance before you leave.
