1. Depnding on the traffic and weather condition, the Schedule may change. 

2. If you are carrying a stroller or wheelchair, please inform our CS Team in advance. (op@seoulpass.kr)

3. If the minimum number of pac are not made, tour will be cancelled automaticlaly. In this case, our CS Team will contact you via email.

4. The operation time may change depending on the opening period of the Ski Resort.

5. Infant (0-2 years old) is free, but no provided seats in the bus.

6. It is not mendatory, we recommend you to register accident/traveler insurance before this tour.

7. We do not responsible for the lost of your belongings, please be careful handling your belongings.

8. Due to the Safe and equipment size, Ski option is available over 7 years old.

9. We recommend you to ask the availability of equipment for child before reservation.

10. Childern are hard to practice with other people in Ski field, please aware of safty.

11. Passengers who are not skiing and shuttle passengers will arrive at the ski clothing rental shop with the ski group. They will need to wait until the skiers have changed into their ski clothing.

12.1 hour Basic Ski Lesson Schedule;

Explain Ski equipment → How to stand up when you fall down → Basic pose→ How to turn direction and stop

13. Rental Shop additional option price;

- Goggles+Helmet 20,000 KRW

- Knees & Hip Pads Rental 15,000 KRW

- Ski Gloves Pruchase 20,000 KRW

14. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

15.  Eobi Ice Valley is available from Dec 20. 

- Between Dec 1 to 19, Eobi Ice Valley stop will be skipped and the tour will go directly to Elysian Ski Resort. 

- The schedule may be adjusted depending on local or weather conditions.

3. Be on time at the meeting time on the day of your reservation and have a meeting with the staff.
