Operating Days

Monday ~ Sunday

1. Check the email voucher sent after making the reservation on the desired date and time. 

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

2. Please make sure to arrive on time on the day of the photo-shoot. 

3. Meet up with the photographer and check the voucher and proceed with the photo-shoot.

1. If your reservation cannot be made at a desired date and time, our CS Team will contact you via email. 

2. Hair props, clothes, and accessories are not provided. 

3. If you would like to rent the Gyeongseong style clothes, you can rent the Gyeongseong style cloth at a nearby clothe rental shop (ex. Gyeongseong style) in advance and proceed with the experience.  

4. The meeting place will be different depending on the photo shooting place, and the operator contacts you once the reservation has been set. 

5. The operator makes the schedule for you once you fill out the desired time on the "Reservation additional information" page. Please check your email, and if you arrive later than the reserved time, you can only enjoy the experience for its remaining time.

6. Please note that the filming time includes moving and changing clothes times.

7. Excessive shaping correction and photoshop are not provided.

8. Raw files are not provided.

9. The recording data is kept for 3 months from the date of the shooting and is delivered to the customer via email.

10. Some photos can be used for the promotion of the company in the future. If you don’t want your photos to be used, please tell us in advance if you don’t want your photos to be used.

• Cancellation before 29~15 Days 5PM(KST) : 50% Refund

• Cancellation After : No Refund

※ Change of the reservation date is only available for 1 time and please inquire at least 7 days before the reservation date 4 PM (KST) to change the date.
