O'ngo Food Cooking Class is a cooking class run by a Korean food expert who teaches the world about Korean food culture and how to understand Korean food correctly. In addition to the cooking class, a gourmet tour is available, so join the gourmet tour too!

Cooking Class
1. Cabbage Kimchi & Bulgogi (Marinated Beef in Soy sauce)

• Time required: 2 hours
• You can learn Korean representative food, Bulgogi, and Kimchi recipe. O’ngo will teach the easy and simple way to cook for foreigners. After the class, Kimchi will be wrapped for you to take.
2. Haemul Pajeon (Seafood Pancake) & Sundubu Jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew)

• Sundubu Jjigae has become a hit food among visitors. Create the flavor of savory Sundubu Jjigae and try to achieve the crispy texture of Haemul Pajeon, a dish made with green onions and seafood.
3. Dakbokkeum Tang (Spicy Chicken Stew) & Japchae (Glass-Noodle Salad)

• These are our most requested dishes among our clients. Colorful glass noodle salad is made with a mixture of different vegetables. You’ll also learn how to utilize Korean chili paste(Gochujang) while making your stew.
4. Bibimbap & Doenjang Jjigae (Soybean paste stew)

• Bibimbap is recognized as one of Korea’s signature dishes composed of seasonal vegetables. Doenjang Jjigae, known as comfort food, uses essential fermented Korean soybean paste(Doenjang).
5. Jeyuk-Bokkeum (Korean Spicy Fried Pork) + Gyeran-jjim (Steamed Egg)
