• Depending on your options, you can take a Travelsnap of Cheonggyecheon + Deoksugung Palace or Gyeongbokgung Palace + Samcheongdong!

- Every Tuesday off : Gyeongbokgung

1. Check the email voucher sent after making the reservation.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

2. Please make sure to arrive on time on the day of the photo-shoot. 

3. Meet up with the photographer and proceed with the photo-shoot.

- Gyeongbokgung Palace: In front of ticket office toward Gwanghwamun 

- Deoksugung Palace: In front of Deoksugung Palace (Daehanmun) / Get off the Subway line 1, 2 City hall station exit no. 2 and walk straight about 30m 

- Changgyeonggung : In front of Changgyeonggung Honghwamun ticket office 

1. If your reservation cannot be made at the desired date and time, our CS Team will contact you via email. 

2. Photos will be sent approx 30 days after photo shooting.

3. Raw files are not provided.

4. Excessive shaping correction and photoshop are not provided.

5. Hair props, clothes, and accessories are not provided. 

6. Please bring your own clothes or accessories. 

7. If you are late then please call to the operator in advance. 

8. If you are late without prior contact, the extra time is not added.

9. Personal expenses will be occured. 

10. Please note that experience including moving time or changing clothing time. 

11. Profile or background might be lighter or darker depending on the Weather/Season/ Photoshooting time. 

12. Clothes / Hair might be flutter due to wind.

13. Construction zone might be taken due to circumstances.

14. The recording data is kept for 1 month from the date of the shooting

15. The operator makes the schedule for you once you fill out the desired time on the "Reservation additional information" page. Please check your email, and if you arrive later than the reserved time, you can only enjoy the experience for its remaining time.

16. Some photos can be used for the promotion of the company in the future. If you don’t want your photos to be used, please tell us in advance if you don’t want your photos to be used.

• Cancellation before 29~15 Days 5PM(KST) : 50% Refund

• Cancellation After : No Refund

※ Change of the reservation date is only available for 1 time and please inquire at least 7 days before the reservation date 4 PM (KST) to change the date.
