• Pick up at Busan Local Hotel

1. If your desired date is unavailable, you will be contacted by the CS Team via email no later than 1 day before the tour date.

2. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the reserved time.

3. Please write down the Hotel name (or other meeting places) and address of your accommodation.

4. Please write down the messenger type and ID when making a reservation.

5. Tourist attractions on the product page are for reference only, so if you want to reschedule the trip or visit other tourist attractions, please contact our CS team op@seoulpass.kr. (Change of Reservation date/location available until 2 days before the tour date) 

6. The private van can be used for 9 hours and costs KRW 30,000 per additional hour.

7. Tour hours basically operate between KST 9:00 am ~ 8:00 pm. An additional fee will be charged at on-site if you want to proceed with the tour out of operating time.  

8. Due to the Tour schedule, departure time is available until 12:00 pm and the end time of the tour is up to Max 23:00 pm. 

9. The tour schedule may change due to weather and traffic conditions.

10. Please notify to CS team in advance if you have any luggage or need to wheelchair/ stroller. 

11. Infants under the age of 3 are free of charge. However, the extra seats will not be provided. Please must bring documents to confirmation of age.

1. Complete the reservation after entering the meeting point on the purchase page.

2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile(app) after making the reservation.

3. Arrive at the pick-up location at least 5 mins before on the day of the tour.

4. Present the voucher to the driver and start the tour!
