• Meet at the Lobby in front of the Hotel.

1. This tour is available from 9:00 ~ 19:00 (KST), and the last available reservation time is 14:00 (KST).

2.  This tour will be operated by foot and public transportation. (No separate vehicle prepared)

3. If the tour is unavailable to operate due to the weather or business conditions, you will be notified via an email one day before the tour date. Please make sure to check your email before the tour.

4. A personal wireless transmitter and receiver will be used. Therefore, please prepare your personal earphones (3.5mm) 

5. If you have not prepared your own earphone, free rental on-site will be available. However, please note that the quantity may be insufficient.

6. If you have not shown up at the meeting location after 10 mins of the meeting time without any prior contact, the tour will be automatically canceled after 10 mins and refund will not be permitted. 

7. Please note that this tour is not recommended to vegetarians or those who prefer halal food, as the street foods are mainly meat-based.

8. For those who are going straight to the airport, please note that if you use AREX from SEOUL STATION, it takes 30~45 minutes to the airport. And if you take the AIRPORT RAILROAD, it takes about 70~80 minutes to get to the airport. 

9. The schedule may change depending on the location of the hotel.

1. Check the voucher sent to the email after making the reservation.

2. Meet up with the guide after leaving your luggage at the Hotel Lobby on the tour date.

3. Enjoy the tour.

4. After arriving at the airport, pick up your luggage at the "TRAVEL CENTER".
