Introduction of Yacht

1. Public Yacht Tour (for 30 people) 

A public tour is a yacht ride with other customers, that offers the most expensive cruise at an affordable price.

1. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile (app) after making the reservation.

2. Arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand on the day.

3. Present the voucher at the ticket office and fill out the boarding report.

4.  Follow the instruction and board on the yacht.

 Haeundae Branch

• Address: 84, Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea (Suyeong Bay Yachting Center)

• Subway line number 2, Dongbaekseom Station Exit  3 and walk straight → Turn left and head to "Haeundaehaebyeon-ro" → Walk into the building and find the "Dailiesyacht"

1. Infants under 36 months are free of charge. Please make sure to bring the passport.

2. Children under the age of 11 are not allowed to board on without a guardian. Please make sure to board on with a guardian.

3. Make sure to arrive at least 10 mins before the boarding time.

4. On the day of the experience, due to the weather and safety matters, you may not be able to participate. In this case, a full refund will be given.

5. If your reservation cannot be made at a desired date and time, you will be contacted by our CS Team via email.

6. The safety guard and sailor will board on together for safety when sailing the yacht.

7. Smoking is prohibited on board. You may be fined on the spot for smoking.

• Cancellation 2 days before 5PM(KST) : 70% Refund

• Cancellation 1 day before 5PM(KST) : 50% Refund

• Cancellation after : No Refund

• Change of date and time  : Available until 2 days before 5PM(KST)

• When refunds are available on the day : only when canceled from the operators due to the weather/ special situation for customers' safety.
