1. Gift events and coupons are only to non-Korean travelers. Customers with a guide will also not be able to use the coupon. 

2. You can only use it once per person during one month. You must also present your passport and receipt when exchanging gifts.

3. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. When returning the purchased product, you must return all gifts.

4. Shopping voucher, Coupon are only available at offline stores.

5. Shopping voucher, Coupon are available to members of Shinsegae Duty Free and will be charged up with your passport. 

6. Only one Shopping voucher, Coupon  can be used on a single purchase and cannot be integrated with other cash or cards.

7. Shopping voucher you have been given can only be used on the same day received. You won't be able to use it if the expiration date has been exceeded. 

8. Shopping voucher, Coupon can also be used at Myeongdong, Busan and Incheon International Airport stores.

9. Shopping voucher, Coupon will not be available to some Brand Stores. Please refer to the information of the coupon. 

10. Purchases made by some brands may not be added to the total amount of the event. Please refer to the information at the store. 

11. Coupon cannot be used to some Brands and products with a discount of 30% or more. Please check the details through the coupon's cautions/notice.
