1. This ticket is only for customers over 7 years old and children under 7 years old who must purchase a different ticket on-site. (Children under the age of 7 must present the passport when purchasing. Please make sure to take the passport with you)

2. Guardians can only use the "Park Lounge" facility after paying 5,000won in advance.

3. "Spider Tag" and "Wall Zone" can be accessed from children over 120cm.

4. If you remove the bracelet and exit, you will not be able to re-enter. A refund for this case will not be permitted.

5.  If you lose your bracelet and cabinet key, please inform the front desk. In this case, you will incur a lost charge of entry bracelet 3,000won/ cabinet key 8,000 won. 

6. For safety reasons, please make sure to follow the instructions told. Vance will not take any responsibility for any accidents that happened due to not following the instructions.

7. High blood pressure, heart-related problems, asthma, and pregnant women may not be able to participate for safety reasons.

8. You will be charged 2,000won per 10mins when time is exceeded. The amount charged must be paid on site. 

9. Food / Beverage and Pets are restricted to be brought in.

10. For stability reasons, non-slip socks must be worn when entering. 

11. If the number of maximum people is exceeded, it may cause restrictions or wait. A refund for this will not be given.

12. You may not be able to enter on the desired date due to a large group of customers.

13. During the weekends, there may be restrictions on the use of the lockers as there may be a lot of customers.
