[Seoul Hongdae] Hongdae Yeonnam-dong Park Picnic Set ALL IN ONE Rental Service

This is a picnic rental service for foreign guests visiting Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae and would like to have a picnic.

No need to buy the equipments individually, just borrow and return, and you're done! This is an all-in-one package prepared in hopes to provide you a pleasant picnic without any burden.

•  Not just ordinary props, it's made up of cute and stunning props that further helps you create a beautiful atmosphere.

• There are many delicious desserts and coffee shops around Yeonnam-dong Park. Take out some delicious desserts and make your picnic more delightful! There's even a cutting board, so you can cut up a large piece of bread.

1. Check the voucher sent to your mobile/email after reservation.

2. Visit the store on the day on time.

3. Present the voucher as well as your passport (Other ID accepted).

4. Return the equipment on time.

• Located in from of Exit 7 at Hongik University Station (Subway line number 2, Airport Railroad, Gyeongui)

1. Passport or ID will be kept at the counter during the time. Will be given back once the Picnic set is returned.

2. Rental time is 3 hours. Extension of time will not be allowed so please return back within the 3 hours.

3.  You can pick up  from 20 minutes before the reservation time. Come early and listen to the instruction then start your picnic!

4. You will be given a return time when renting. Please return the equipment on time for the next people. Penalty will be added if late.

5. This product is set for 2 people. If you are a group of more then 2, please mention it at the store, then you will be given extra utensils such as Wood Fork, Wood Knife, Napkin, Wet wipes. Extra fee of 1,000 won per person must be paid at the store.

6. Please note that food and drinks are not included.

7. Items other than the basic configuration can be rented at additional cost on site. Depending on the situation, some items may not be available for additional rental.

8. Picnic is available everywhere. Places such as Gyeongui Line Forest Park, Gyeongui Line Book Street, Han River are all available as long as there is a place to seat on the mat. Please be strict on return time!

9. This is a rental service, therefore you will be charged from 5,000 won ~ 50,000 won for any damages or loss. 

10. You may not be able to book on your desired date. In this case, you will be contacted by the CS Team.

11. Please finish your booking before 2 hours, or it would be hard to rent it 

• Cancellation before 1 day 5PM(KST) : 100% Refund

• Cancellation on the day : No Refund

※ Refunds can be made on the rainy day. However, refunds due to bad weather during the use will not be allowed.
