Claude Monet, a leading figure of French Impressionism, captured light, color, and the passage of time on canvas. 
We invite you into the world of light and color that Monet devoted his life to painting. 

1. Purchase the desired product and check mobile voucher or email voucher. (Check the QR code(16 digit number) on the voucher.)

2. Visit the place freely within 90 days of purchase.

3. Instead of exchanging tickets at the ticket office, please redeem the QR code(16 digit number) listed on the voucher at the entrance gate and enter directly.

Q. Can I take pictures and record videos?

A. You can take pictures and video unless it is expressly posted somewhere.

However, for the safety of living creatures, flash is prohibited.

Q. Is a wheelchair / baby carriage available for rental?

A. Yes, a wheelchair is free, and a baby carriage is charged. Please use the baby carriage rental counter next to the ticket counter on Level 2. (Rental fare: 2,000 KRW)

※ Since the baby carriage is a small stroller, it is rented out only to a baby under 36 months.

※ It can be run out of limited quantities. 

Q. Is it possible to bring in a wheelchair / baby carriage inside the exhibition halls?

A. Yes, it is possible. People with a wheelchair / baby carriage can use the elevator. The elevator is connected from Center Plaza on Level 2 to Aqua Plaza on Level 3. If you want to go to the Marine Life the Upper Part hall on Level 4, please use the elevator next to the Otaria water tank. Please fold the wheelchair / baby carriage or carry it with you while moving.
