1. The itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition.

2. Please inform us if you will be bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair

3. Infants under 36 months are free to use and please note that infants no included in the pax. (Must bring a passport or any other documents)

4. You will be notified by the CS Team via email if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

5. Please stand still near the exit 5 minutes before the meeting time, and the K TOUR staff will come and check! Please do not move to another place!

6. On weekends and public holidays, the entire schedule may be delayed by 1 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

7. Since the monorail cannot be boarded, wheelchairs and strollers may be difficult to use.

8. In case of low harvest, the apple or strawberry picking experience may be replaced with a different farm experience.

9. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section

3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and have a meeting with the guide.
