1. On the day of the concert, please visit DOJC KOREA(Foreign Visitors Only) information booth. Present the reservation holder's name and your voucher to receive your admission wristband.

* Seats are assigned randomly and will be informed at the venue on the day of the event.

2. All attendees must collect and wear an admission wristband to enter the venue. Wristbands will be fastened by staff at the booth.

3. The exact location of the booth will be announced later through the official SNS channels along with the event site map.

4. Due to large crowds on the day of the concert, the booth and surrounding walkways may be congested. Please arrive with sufficient time before the event. 

5. Wristbands can only be collected on the date of the corresponding performance. Advance collection is not available.

6. Your wristband must be worn at all times, as it will be checked when entering and re-entering the venue. Please keep it on until the end of the concert.

7. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.

8. Wristbands must be collected in person. Proxy collection is not permitted, and all accompanying guests must visit the wristband booth together.

9. Admission wristbands may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others. Any violation may result in denied entry.

1. If you have a Standing Zone ticket, please collect your admission wristband and store your belongings before joining the entrance queue.

2. Standing Zone ticket holders must wait in the designated waiting area according to their admission number and enter the venue when instructed by event staff.

3. If you arrive after your admission number has been called, your original admission priority will be forfeited, and you will enter at the end of your designated section.

4. The Standing Zone is divided into Sections A, B, C, D, and E. Movement between sections is not permitted.

5. Reserved Seating ticket holders may enter freely from the announced gate opening time without waiting in line.

6. Due to the large number of attendees, extended waiting times are expected. To help prevent dehydration and heat-related illness, please stay hydrated and bring items such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

7. The organizer is not responsible for injuries resulting from personal negligence. Refunds or compensation will not be provided in such cases.

1. This concert is open to guests aged 8 and above. (Guests born on or before December 31, 2018)

2. The performing artists and concert schedule may be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances. Refunds will not be provided due to such changes.

3. For safety and crowd control purposes, personal gifts cannot be delivered to artists, and there will be no separate artist farewell or departure greeting event.

4. The concert will proceed as scheduled even in the event of rain.

5. The venue does not have tiered seating, and visibility may be restricted depending on the seat location due to stage equipment, sound consoles, structures, or artist positions. Seat changes, cancellations, or refunds due to restricted views will not be accepted.

6. The following activities are prohibited in the Standing Zone: Reserving or occupying spaces in advance / Using picnic mats or placing belongings on the floor / Using umbrellas or parasols / Excessive movement that may disturb other audience members / Excessive filming using professional recording equipment / Live streaming on YouTube or social media, or recording the performance / Smoking inside the venue)

7. Due to expected crowds on the day of the concert, congestion at booths and around the venue is anticipated. Please arrive early enough to complete ticket and wristband collection as well as baggage storage procedures before the performance.

8. As long waiting times are expected due to the large number of attendees, please stay hydrated to prevent dehydration and heat-related illness. We recommend bringing items such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

[Prohibited Items]

1. Tents and Camping Equipment

Cooking equipment, portable chairs and tables, air beds, cooking utensils, parasols, golf umbrellas, long umbrellas, and similar items

2. Recording Equipment

All professional recording equipment, including drones, large camera lenses, audio recording devices, tripods, and similar equipment

3. Wheeled Items and Expensive Valuables

Suitcases, kickboards, bicycles, carts, and similar items

4. Items that may disrupt the performance

Fireworks, laser pointers, whistles, and any other items that may interfere with stage production or other audience members' viewing experience

5. Explosive and Dangerous Items

Gas-powered spray cans, fireworks and other explosive materials, illegal drugs, weapons, knives, scissors, glass bottles, and other dangerous items

6. Alcoholic Beverages

High-alcohol beverages and bottled alcoholic drinks such as soju, bottled beer, whiskey, and wine are prohibited.

(Only canned beer of 500 ml or less and draft beer in plastic containers are allowed inside the venue.)

Shuttle Bus Operation Guide

• Transportation services provided by the event organizer are limited. Please plan your transportation arrangements before and after the concert in advance.

• Official photography and video recording will take place throughout the festival. Captured content may be used for online and offline promotional purposes.

• By purchasing a ticket, attendees are considered to have agreed to official filming and the use of recorded content for promotional purposes.
