1. After purchasing the ticket, please check the voucher sent to you via email or KakaoTalk.

2. Within the validity period after purchase, please visit the ticket booth, have the barcode on your voucher verified, and exchange it for an admission ticket.

1. Children under 36 months can enter for free (proof of age is required).

2. Pets are not allowed inside.

3. For safety reasons, children and elderly visitors must be accompanied by a guardian.

4. The garden and outdoor experience facilities may pose injury risks due to uneven stone paths or slippery surfaces during rainy weather.

5. For safety reasons, comfortable sneakers are recommended instead of dress shoes, open-toe sandals, or slippers. We are not responsible for accidents caused by personal negligence.
