1. This performance is available for guests aged 14 and above. [As of 2026] Guests born in 2013 or earlier are allowed to enter, while guests born in 2014 or later are not permitted to attend.
2. The age requirement for admission is determined primarily based on the guest’s date of birth.
3. Guests under the age of 14 are not permitted to enter the theater, regardless of whether they have a ticket, are accompanied by a guardian, attend a domestic or international school, or have attended other performances.
4. Middle school, high school students, and teenage guests may be required to present identification documents showing their date of birth (such as a youth ID card, passport, health insurance card, or resident registration certificate) when collecting tickets and entering the theater. Visual age verification is not accepted.
5. If required identification documents are not provided, entry will not be allowed regardless of whether the guest has a ticket or is accompanied by a guardian. Same-day cancellations, refunds, or changes due to this issue are not available.
6. Please note that if guests are unable to attend or choose not to attend on the performance day due to not being aware of the age restriction, cancellations, refunds, or changes cannot be made on the day of the performance. Please check the age requirement carefully before making a reservation.
7. Ticket collection and on-site ticket purchases are available only on the performance day, starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the scheduled performance time. (On-site ticket purchases are only available if seats remain on the day of the performance.)
8. When collecting tickets, please present the reservation holder’s name and reservation details (reservation number). Please show your voucher.
9. Reserved tickets can only be collected on-site on the day of the performance and cannot be delivered in advance. Please keep your ticket safe, as reissuance is not available if the ticket is lost after collection.
[Audience Information]
1. The front rows of the first-floor seating offer the advantage of viewing the actors’ vivid facial expressions and performances up close. However, due to the height of the stage, some scenes may have limited visibility.
2. Safety railings are installed at the front sections of the second and third-floor seating areas for audience safety. The safety bars in the second-floor seating area are automatically lowered just before the performance begins, allowing guests to enjoy the show without obstruction. The first row of the third-floor seating is not available for sale due to possible visibility restrictions caused by the railing. Guests seated in the second row of the third floor can enjoy the performance without obstruction from the row in front, but some scenes may have limited visibility of the performers. Please note that same-day seat changes, refunds, or cancellations due to these seating conditions are not available. Additionally, the third-floor seating area has a relatively steep slope. Guests attending with teenagers or elderly companions are advised to take extra care when moving and to ensure that guardians accompany them during the performance.
3. If you arrive after the performance has started, late admission may be restricted. Entry will only be allowed at designated times according to staff guidance, and you may be directed to a delayed-entry seat instead of your originally reserved seat depending on the flow of the performance. For safety reasons, guests with third-floor seats cannot enter through delayed admission to their original seats and may only enter through designated delayed-entry seating. They may move to their reserved seats during the intermission.
4. Photography, video recording, and audio recording during the performance, including the curtain call, are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted.
5. Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the theater during the performance. Guests may return to their original seats during the intermission.
6. Guests who have consumed alcohol to the extent that they may cause discomfort or inconvenience to others will not be allowed to enter the seating area, even with a valid ticket.
7. Cast schedules may be changed without prior notice due to circumstances involving the actors or production company.
8. Guests are responsible for understanding and following the theater admission regulations. Please note that cancellations, changes, or refunds for admission tickets due to failure to check or understand these regulations are not available.
[Venue Information]
1. The area around the venue can be very crowded, and parking spaces are limited. Please use public transportation whenever possible. If you are unable to attend or choose not to attend on the day of the performance due to parking or traffic conditions, cancellations, refunds, or changes to your reservation are not available. Please allow sufficient time to arrive at the venue.
2. Inside the theater, beverages, food, bouquets, and other items that may interfere with the performance are not allowed, except for transparent bottled water with a cap.
3. We kindly decline any gifts or congratulatory wreaths (including flowers, rice wreaths, coal briquette wreaths, etc.) delivered to the venue. All delivered wreaths will be disposed of collectively, and we appreciate your understanding.
