Concert Time

Every Sunday /  15:00

1. Purchase tickets for your preferred date.

2. Check the voucher sent to you via email or KakaoTalk.

3. On the reservation date, visit the ticket booth and present the reservation details shown on your voucher.

* Ticket collection is available from 1 hour before the performance starts.

4. After verification, please follow the instructions to enter the venue.

1. Due to limited parking availability, we recommend using public transportation. (Chungmoro Station Exit 4)

2. Open to audiences of all ages.

- Free admission policy: Children aged 5 and under can enter free of charge.

3. Ticket collection is available from 1 hour before the performance begins.

4. Seats will be assigned on-site after reservation verification.

5. Entry may be restricted after the performance begins, except during designated entry times. If entry is permitted, you may be guided to a seat other than your assigned seat to avoid disturbing other audience members. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

6. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted without prior approval.

7. After the concert, guests will receive premium traditional snacks prepared by Crown Haitai.
